Seattle Seahawks offensive line coach Tom Cable is looking for improvement from his side after their narrow 14-9 win over the St Louis Rams last Monday.
The NFC West leaders struggled for momentum during the game, with quarterback Russell Wilson being sacked seven times.
Cable told the Seattle Herald: "We didn't have any rhythm on offense. Our tempo, rhythm, continuity in staying in drives really lacked.
"Then we got into a situation where we struggled protection wise. We didn't play very well and were very fortunate to win.
"We got our tails kicked, so we need to learn from it and then be better all week in preparation for the next one.
"We have to execute better. No excuses. At the end of the day, we have to play better."
The Seahawks host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
