The New York Jets have taken a commanding 20-3 lead into the halfway stage of their match against the Oakland Raiders.
The Jets took an early lead when Nick Folk successfully kicked a 41-yard field goal to end the first drive of the game.
The hosts then extended their advantage late in the first quarter when Geno Smith threw a 25-yard pass into the endzone that Jeremy Kerley rose highest to catch.
The Raiders got on the scoreboard at the start of the second quarter after a 58-yard drive brought them into field goal territory. Sebastian Janikowski stepped up and made no mistake with his 41-yard effort.
Folk soon restored their 10-point lead, however, slotting his second field goal of the match over from 23 yards.
Things got even better for the hosts when Antonio Allen blocked a punt on the Raiders' three-yard line, giving him an easy touchdown to open up a 17-point gap at the break.
