New England Patriots safety Devin McCourty has expressed his belief that new teammate Darrelle Revis has adjusted to life at the club very well.
The 28-year-old joined the Patriots in the off-season following his release by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and will be playing for his third team in as many seasons.
McCourty told NBC Sports: "I think the only real adjustment for him is just learning a system. He's a guy who has been carrying himself great throughout his whole career. I don't think it's a huge adjustment of him having to get used to the way we do things.
"I think it's more scheme things, terminology, just getting used to hearing everything for the first time in a new system.
"A lot of stuff when it comes to football, he knows. He's a very smart player. It's just trying to talk the same language as everybody else, how we describe things and how we talk about things."
Revis recorded 50 tackles, one sack and two interceptions for the Buccaneers in 2013.
