Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer has declared that Philip Rivers is one of "best quarterbacks of all time" ahead of his side's clash against the San Diego Chargers.
The 33-year-old became the Chargers' all-time touchdown leader last week when he passed Dan Fouts by throwing his 256th strike in the club's defeat to the Cincinnati Bengals.
Zimmer has heaped praise on Rivers ahead of their match, especially praising his toughness in the pocket.
"He's really tough. I really love everything about him," Zimmer told reporters.
"In my opinion he's one of the best quarterbacks of all-time, just because of the way he wins, the way he competes and fights. I love the guy."
The Vikings face the Chargers at US Bank Stadium on Sunday.
