Miami Dolphins vice-president of football operations Mike Tannenbaum has insisted that general manager Dennis Hickey has the final say over the club's roster moves.
Tannenbaum was brought into the club in January after two seasons out of the game following his firing by the New York Jets at the end of the 2012 campaign.
The 46-year-old was instrumental in helping the AFC East outfit sign Ndamukong Suh in free agency, but he is adamant that his role his secondary to Hickey's at the club ahead of the NFL Draft.
Tannebaum told reporters: "All roster decisions rest with Dennis."
Hickey was appointed as the Dolphins general manager last year when he replaced Jeff Ireland.
