Stephen Ross: 'We will analyse NFL report findings'

Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross reveals that the club will analyse the NFL report into the bullying scandal at the team in the 2013 season.

Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has revealed that the club will analyse all the findings of the NFL report into the bullying scandal at the Dolphins in the 2013 season.

Independent investigator Ted Wells concluded that Jonathan Martin was harassed by Richie Incognito along with other members of the offensive line, which culminated in Martin walking out of the club last October.

Wells also discovered that an unnamed player and a trainer at the club were additional victims of verbal abuse.

Ross told the club's official website: "We have just received the report from Ted Wells and will review it in detail before responding relative to the findings.

"When we asked the NFL to conduct this independent review, we felt it was important to take a step back and thoroughly research these serious allegations.

"As an organisation, we are committed to a culture of team-first accountability and respect for one another."

The lawyer of Incognito has denied the findings of the report.
