Indianapolis Colts running back Trent Richardson has vowed that he will not be benched again ahead of the AFC championship game against the New England Patriots.
The former number three overall Draft pick was dropped for the Colts' playoff opener, with recently signed Michael Hill starting in his place.
"That situation will never happen to me again," Richardson said, the Indianapolis Star reports.
"Anybody can quote me, today, because it's never going to happen again."
Richardson also insisted that weight was not an issue and that he would not be discussing his future with the franchise until after the season has ended.
