LaRon Landry has been ruled out of the Indianapolis Colts' game against the San Francisco 49ers this weekend.
The safety, who leads the team with 26 tackles so far this season, missed practice all week with an ankle injury.
The AFC South side could also be without linebacker Pat Angerer, who is listed as doubtful due to a knee complaint.
Colts have one win from their opening two games of the season.
