Report: BJ Raji ruled out for the season

Green Bay Packers defensive tackle BJ Raji will reportedly miss the entire 2014 campaign after sustaining a torn bicep in his side's clash with the Oakland Raiders.

Green Bay Packers defensive tackle BJ Raji has been ruled out of the 2014 season due to injury, according to a report.

The 28-year-old sustained a torn bicep during his side's pre-season win over the Oakland Raiders at Lambeau Field.

Raji and head coach Mike McCarthy were confident that the injury was not too severe after the match, but tests on Saturday revealed that the tear that will now rule him out of the entire 2014 campaign, claims NFL Network.

The defensive tackle has notched 129 tackles and 10.5 sacks in his five-year NFL career.
