Ndamukong Suh: 'I'm under a microscope'

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh believes that he is playing "under a microscope" as the NFL launch another review into one of his hits.

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has claimed that he is "under a microscope" following another controversial hit on Sunday.

The NFL confirmed that they would review Suh's tackle on Cleveland Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden from the weekend, which is the latest in a long line of disciplinary matters for the former first-round Draft pick.

Suh has previously been fined for hits on Jay Cutler, Jake Delhomme, Andy Dalton, Matt Schaub and John Sullivan, but he wouldn't be drawn on whether he was being unfairly targeted by the league authorities.

"There's always going to be a microscope on me. I think there's been a microscope on me since I was first drafted in 2010 because I was a first-round pick. But I think there is always going to be a microscope on me no matter where it is, from outside media, from the NFL to little kids to anybody," Suh told reporters.

"There's going to be somewhat of a microscope. My face is out there. That's become a part of life. Do I think it's fair? Nothing in life is fair. It's a double-edged sword.

"Being successful and having some success in the game is obviously going to garner attention, and I think that's something people deal with in negative ways and positive ways. It's just people get attention and that's the way it works."

Suh's last misdemeanor saw him fined an NFL record $100,000 for a low block on the Minnesota Vikings' John Sullivan.
