Chicago Bears offensive lineman Kyle Long has admitted that he cannot wait to work with new head coach John Fox.
Fox joined the Bears following his departure from the Denver Broncos as his side were defeated in the divisional round of the playoffs to the Indianapolis Colts after four years with the team.
"From everything I've heard from people that I trust in the league who are football guys, John Fox is the guy for the job," Long told the club's official website.
"He's a leader of men. He's a players' coach. And he's somebody who really values having a strong locker room. [General manager] Ryan Pace couldn't have done a better job getting the right guy."
The 59-year-old replaced Marc Trestman, who was fired along with general manager Phil Emery as the Bears posted a 5-11 record in the 2014 campaign.
