Report: Denver Broncos, John Fox part company

Reports suggest that head coach John Fox has left the Denver Broncos by mutual consent following their loss in the divisional round of the playoffs.

The Denver Broncos have parted company with head coach John Fox by mutual consent, according to multiple reports.

The 59-year-old's future at the club was tied to the result of his side's divisional-round playoff clash against the Indianapolis Colts, which resulted in a defeat for the Broncos.

Fox and the club have decided to part ways, despite being just one season removed from a Super Bowl appearance and a 12-4 record in the 2014 campaign, claim several media outlets.

Fox had a 46-18 record in his four seasons at the Broncos, but a 3-4 record in the post-season.
