Jay Cutler coy on Chicago Bears future

Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler remains quiet on his future with the team ahead of his contract running out, but admits that he would "love" to stay.

Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has insisted that he is not worrying about his future despite his contract at the club running out soon.

Cutler was unable to guide the Bears into the playoffs during an injury-hit regular season that ended with a 33-28 loss to the Green Bay Packers yesterday, a match that gave their opponents the NFC North playoff berth.

"You'd love to [stay]. You can't predict the future, though. I'm not really going to get into what's going to happen. It always works out how it's supposed to," Cutler told The AP.

The Bears ended the season with an 8-8 record.
