Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller says that he will be used as much as possible in the 2013 NFL season.

C.J. Spiller has said that he is keen to increase his carries for the Buffalo Bills in the 2013 NFL season.

The 25-year-old shared the primary running back role with Fred Jackson last year, but was still able to record 1,244 rushing yards.

Spiller told NFL Total Access: "We're gonna try to use me as much as possible and not let teams get one beam on me and say I can just run the ball.

"Hopefully I'll be utilized in space, in the slot, whatever the case may be, to try to help us find those mismatches to take advantage of.

"I had my best year [in 2012] since I've been in the league. Unfortunately, I didn't get the carries the outside world wanted me to get, but I was fine with that. My best year that I ever had, and I'm looking forward to building on it."

Spiller scored six touchdowns in 2012.
