Lewis Hamilton: 'I have nothing to lose in Brazilian Grand Prix'

Lewis Hamilton insists that he has nothing to lose heading into the Brazilian Grand Prix as he bids to prevent Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg from winning the title.

Lewis Hamilton has insisted that he has nothing to lose heading into the Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos this weekend.

The defending champion goes into the race knowing that victory for Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg - who has won in Brazil in both of the last two seasons - would see him clinch the title.

Hamilton, on the other hand, has never won in Brazil, but did win his first world title at Interlagos in 2008.

"I have had lots of experiences here. It's tough to come here and win. That's the goal," he told reporters.

"I don't really know why I have not won here. I will be trying to do it this year."

Hamilton currently trails Rosberg by 19 points.
