Wolfsburg 0-4 Hannover

Hannover pick up their first victory in the Bundesliga this season as they defeat 10-man Wolfsburg 4-0 away from home.

Hannover picked up their first victory in the Bundesliga this season as they defeated 10-man Wolfsburg 4-0 away from home on Sunday.

The visitors broke the deadlock after just 10 minutes when Karim Haggui headed home Szabolcs Huszti's delivery from close range.

It became 2-0 to Hannover on 26 minutes when Huszti found Artur Sobiech inside the Wolfsburg penalty area and the 22-year-old striker made made no mistake in finding the target.

Mirko Slomka's side continued to dominate proceedings after the break and made it 4-0 inside the first 11 minutes of the second half.

Huszti was again the creator as it was his delivery that Leon Andreasen headed in from the centre of the Wolfsburg penalty box in the 52nd minute.

Then four minutes later Huszti provided a cross that Sobiech shot home from close range for his second goal of the game.

Wolfsburg ended the game with 10 men on the pitch after Robin Knoche was dismissed in the 65th minute for two bookable offences.
