Wales boss Gary Speed admits that Craig Bellamy is disappointed that he will miss out against England following their 2-1 triumph over Montenegro.

Wales boss Gary Speed has said that Craig Bellamy did not deserve to be booked during his side's 2-1 triumph over Montenegro last night.

The former Cardiff player was shown a yellow card after he was adjudged to have committed a foul in the final minutes of the first half, which means he will now miss Wales's showdown with England on Tuesday at Wembley.

"Nobody's more disappointed than Craig [Bellamy] and David [Vaughan]," Speed told Sky Sports News. "To play England at Wembley doesn't happen very often.

"Craig's wasn't even a foul let alone a yellow card so to rob him of that is very harsh. I think the referee realised his mistake because he let things go in the second half that he had given yellows for in the first.

"It is disappointing that Craig misses out in those circumstances and for David who has been a big part of what we're doing."

The win marks Speed's first as Wales boss and gives the Dragons their first points of the Euro 2012 qualifying campaign.
