Half-Time Report: Chris Porter gives Sheffield United lead

Sheffield United hold a 1-0 lead over Fulham at half time in their FA Cup clash at Bramall Lane.

Half time at Bramall Lane sees Sheffield United hold a 1-0 lead over Fulham in the FA Cup.

The home side had a chance after four minutes when a cross fell to Chris Porter, but the striker couldn't control the ball, allowing John Arne Riise to clear.

Jose Baxter had a chance from a free kick on 24 minutes after Porter was brought down on the edge of the area, but the forward couldn't find the target with his effort.

United took the lead on 31 minutes after Porter got in front of Fulham's defence to poke the ball past the goalkeeper.

Two minutes later, the Cottagers had a penalty appeal turned down after Hugo Rodallega went down under a challenge from George Long.
