Sunday's Serie A predictions including Napoli vs. Roma

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Serie A matches, including Napoli vs. Roma.

Inter Milan vs. Bologna (Sunday, 4.15pm)

Inter Milan will be looking to keep their slim Serie A title hopes alive when they take on Bologna at San Siro on Sunday.

The Nerazzurri thrashed Brescia 6-0 in midweek but remain eight points adrift of leaders Juventus, while a 1-1 draw with Cagliari last time out leaves Bologna in 11th place.

We say: Inter Milan 2-0 Bologna

Inter are in decent form and are still not officially out of the title race just yet. Conte's men will be keen to continue building momentum and, while Bologna have only lost four times in their last 14 outings, we are backing them to prevail on Sunday.

Parma vs. Fiorentina (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Parma and Fiorentina will be seeking a return to winning ways in Sunday evening's Serie A clash at Stadio Ennio Tardini.

Both sides have lost back-to-back matches but it is Parma who sit higher up the table, eight points better off than their struggling opponents.

We say: Parma 1-1 Fiorentina

Both sides have struggled for wins since returning to action last month. We are backing a 1-1 draw on Sunday, matching the scoreline from November's reverse fixture.

Cagliari vs. Atalanta (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Atalanta BC will be aiming to keep their winning run going when they head to European-chasing Cagliari in Sunday evening's Serie A clash.

La Dea have won nine in a row in all competitions, seeing them all but seal fourth place in the Italian top flight, while Cagliari have won two of their last three and are ninth.

We say: Cagliari 1-3 Atalanta

Cagliari have won four of their last five Serie A matches against Atalanta - including a 2-0 victory in the reverse fixture - but the visitors have been in sensational form since the turn of the year and should keep that run going here.

Udinese vs. Genoa (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Udinese play host to relegation rivals Genoa on Sunday afternoon looking to build on their victory over Roma earlier this week.

Meanwhile, Genoa make the trip to Stadium Friuli sitting in 17th position in the Serie A standings, five points adrift of their opponents.

We say: Udinese 1-1 Genoa

While both teams know how crucial a win could prove come the end of the season, they are also aware that avoiding defeat is equally important. With that in mind, we are backing the sides to play out a low-scoring draw this weekend.

Brescia vs. Hellas Verona (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Hellas Verona head into their contest at Brescia on Sunday evening having closed the gap on fifth position in the Serie A standings to just six points.

Meanwhile, after succumbing to Inter Milan by a 6-0 scoreline, Brescia now find themselves bottom of the table, seven points adrift of safety.

We say: Brescia 0-2 Hellas Verona

Given the manner of their defeat in midweek, it is difficult to see Brescia being able to provide an immediate response. Therefore, a professional, efficient performance from Verona could do the job, something they will feel is ideal after the thriller on Tuesday night.

Sampdoria vs. SPAL (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Relegation-threatened SPAL will be looking to boost their Serie A survival hopes when they travel to fellow strugglers Sampdoria on Sunday night.

SPAL currently sit 19th in the table, seven points from the safety of 17th position, while Sampdoria are only just above the relegation zone in 16th, having endured a difficult campaign.

We say: Sampdoria 1-1 SPAL

Both sides are in desperate need of the points at the moment, but we are finding it hard to separate them. Sampdoria recorded a 1-0 victory in the reverse game earlier this season, and we are expecting another incredibly tight match here, with the pair ultimately sharing the points in a 1-1 draw.

Napoli vs. Roma (Sunday, 8.45pm)

Arguably the pick of the action in the latest round of Serie A fixtures will take place at Stadio San Paolo on Sunday night as Napoli prepare to welcome Roma.

Napoli currently sit sixth in Italy's top flight, three points behind fifth-placed Roma, although both clubs are some way behind fourth-placed Atalanta BC with nine games left.

We say: Napoli 2-1 Roma

Napoli have won five of their last six in Serie A, while Roma have suffered back-to-back losses. We are expecting an incredibly tight match at Stadio San Paolo but fancy the hosts to record a narrow victory, boosting their chances of a top-five finish in the process.
