Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch.
The Red Devils boosted their midfield options last summer with the signings of Casemiro and Christian Eriksen - two players who have been vital for Erik ten Hag's side during the 2022-23 campaign.
However, there is speculation surrounding the future of Scott McTominay, and Man United are believed to be planning to move for another midfielder during this summer's transfer window.
Gravenberch is currently being heavily linked with a move away from Bayern, having found it difficult to secure regular action during the 2022-23 season.
Liverpool are thought to be the favourites for the Netherlands international, but according to Football Insider, there is also firm interest from the Merseyside club's rivals Man United.

The report claims that the 20-year-old has been 'added to the midfield shortlist' at Old Trafford, with Red Devils boss Ten Hag directly recommending the youngster to the club's board, having coached him at Ajax.
Gravenberch arrived at Bayern from Ajax last summer, and he has represented the Munich giants on 31 occasions this season, scoring once and providing one assist.
The youngster has only started twice at club level this term, though, with the vast majority of his appearances coming off the bench.
The Dutchman has another four years left to run on his contract with the German champions, having penned a five-year deal upon his arrival.

However, Gravenberch recently expressed a desire to play regularly next term, claiming that his situation "has to change next season".
Man United have been credited with an interest in Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham, but the England international is now seemingly on the verge of moving to Real Madrid.
Declan Rice is also said to be admired, with the West Ham United captain preparing to switch clubs this summer, but Arsenal are believed to lead the race for a player who could cost in the region of £100m.
Man United will prioritise the signing of a new centre-forward this summer, making it unlikely that they will also be able to spend a huge amount on a central midfielder.
The Red Devils strengthened their grip on a top-four spot in the Premier League table with a 2-0 success over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
