Yohan Cabaye backs Manchester United for the title

Newcastle United's Yohan Cabaye backs Manchester United to win the league ahead of their visit to the Sports Direct Arena.

Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye believes that Manchester United are favourites to win the Premier League title.

The Red Devils are currently three points behind league leaders Manchester City, although they do have a game in hand over their rivals.

That fixture will be played against Cabaye's Newcastle this evening and ahead of United's visit, the Frenchman has backed his side's opponents to go on and lift the league title for the 20th time.

"I think it will be between the two Manchester clubs," he said in the The Mirror. "United are more like a team, because they have been together for a long time. The players have gelled very well together.

"City look less like a team, more like a group of individuals. But [then] they haven't been together for as long. If City gel, they will be a very good team.

"United know what they have to do, and they have a good manager."

Cabaye is expected to start in the Magpies' midfield tonight.
