Wolverhampton Wanderers have recorded their second win of the week after a Leon Clarke goal earned them a 2-1 win away at Leeds United in the Championship.
Mirco Antenucci had given Leeds an early lead, but goals from James Henry and Clarke helped move Wolves up to third place in the table, level on points with leaders Derby County and Watford.
After a quiet opening, Leeds took the lead in the 16th minute when Antenucci fired the ball across goal and into the far corner for his fourth of the season.
Wolves were offering little in response, and the Whites could have doubled their lead through Steve Morison and Alex Mowatt, but neither could provide a clinical final touch.
Shortly before the interval, the visitors started to have more joy in the final third, with Michael Jacobs and Henry both forcing saves out of Marco Silvestri.
Wolves picked up where they left off at the start of the second half as Nouha Dicko had a header saved by Silvestri, although the striker's effort could have been drifting wide of the post anyway.
Midway through the second half, Kenny Jackett's side did have their equaliser when a cross from Matt Doherty rebounded into the path of Henry, who made no mistake in driving the ball into the roof of the net.
Wolves were well in the ascendancy and they should have completed the turnaround with 15 minutes remaining when Rajiv van La Parra was found at the back post, but he somehow missed the target from a couple of yards out.
However, with five minutes remaining, the Dutchman earned a reprieve when Clarke put Wolves ahead. Van La Parra played in Doherty, who pulled the ball back for the out-of-form forward to tap home from five yards.
Leeds attempted a late reply, but it was too little, too late for Darko Milanic's outfit, who fall to 18th after failing to win for the sixth match in a row.
