Preview: Leeds United vs. Charlton Athletic

Sports Mole peers ahead to the Champioship match on Tuesday night between free-falling Leeds and relegation-threatened Charlton.

Leeds United go into Tuesday night's Championship game against Charlton Athletic after another dismal day on Saturday.

Yorkshire rivals Doncaster Rovers visited Elland Road and left with the points to consign Leeds to their fifth defeat in six games.

Brian McDermott's men have been affected by off-field issues and now have administration looming over them after Massimo Cellino's proposed takeover was denied by the Football League.

On the pitch, McDermott has no new injury concerns for Tuesday's visit of the Addicks, who have won two of their last four games to climb out of the bottom three.

Jose Riga has overseen those recent victories and Charlton still have at least two games in-hand on all other sides around them.

The South London side were comprehensively beaten by Derby County on Saturday though and Riga might opt to shake up his starting lineup when they travel North to Leeds.

When these two last met at The Valley in November it was a memorable day for Ross McCormack, who scored all four of the Whites' goals in a 4-2 victory.
