Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri has praised Aaron Ramsey following the midfielder's performance in Juve's 2-0 win over Inter Milan on Sunday.
The former Arsenal man scored the opener before providing the assist for Paulo Dybala's second as Sarri's side remain one point clear at the top of Serie A.
After the game, Sarri told reporters that playing the 29-year-old in a three-man midfield has paid dividends for his side.
"[Ramsey] maintains that he needs to see more of the pitch in front of him, or he gets a little lost," said the former Chelsea boss.
"He is doing well in this role, although in fairness he's also in much better physical condition now than he was when playing as a trequartista (playmaker).
"I was about to introduce Dybala a minute before we scored with Ramsey, but I decided to put him on anyway, as I felt that was the moment we could finish the game."
Ramsey has registered three goals and one assist for the Serie A champions since his free transfer from Arsenal last summer.
