Team News: Bernard gets Brazil start in place of Neymar against Germany

Bernard replaces injured star Neymar in one of three Brazil changes for the World Cup semi-final against Germany.

Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has made a bold lineup choice for tonight's World Cup semi-final against Germany by selecting Bernard to replace injured star Neymar.

Bernard's inclusion is one of three changes made by Scolari as Dante comes in for suspended skipper Thiago Silva in central defence, while Luiz Gustavo returns to oust Paulinho from the midfield.

Meanwhile, Joachim Low has named an unchanged Germany side that sees Miroslav Klose keep his place in attack.

Brazil: Julio Cesar; Maicon, David Luiz, Dante, Marcelo; Fernandinho, Gustavo; Bernard, Oscar, Hulk; Fred

Germany: Neuer; Lahm, Hummels, Boateng, Howedes; Khedira, Schweinsteiger, Kroos; Ozil, Klose, Muller
