Barcelona team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Huesca

Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Monday's La Liga clash with Huesca.

Barcelona will be looking to record a fourth straight win in La Liga when they continue their domestic campaign at home to Huesca on Monday night.

Ronald Koeman's side are unbeaten in Spain's top flight since the start of December, and an impressive run has seen them rise into second spot in the table, six points behind leaders Atletico Madrid.

Barca were eliminated from the Champions League on Wednesday night, though, as a 1-1 draw with Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of their last-16 tie saw them lose 5-2 on aggregate.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Barca's injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Huesca, who are currently bottom of the table.

Ansu Fati

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Barca remain without the services of Ansu Fati due to a knee injury, and it is still unclear when the teenager will be available for selection once again, but he should return before the end of the campaign.

Sergi Roberto

Status: Out
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: Unknown

Sergi Roberto, who has only played eight times in La Liga this season, is currently on the sidelines with a muscular problem, and the 29-year-old is unlikely to be available until the final stages of the month.

Philippe Coutinho

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Philippe Coutinho was forced to undergo knee surgery to treat the problem that he picked up against Eibar at the end of December, and the Brazil international is expected to be out for at least the next month.

Ronald Araujo

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: March 15 (vs. Huesca)

Ronald Araujo made his return from an ankle injury as a substitute against Sevilla on February 27 but could not finish the match after aggravating the problem again. The centre-back missed out against Osasuna and PSG, and he remains a major doubt for Monday's clash with Huesca.

Gerard Pique

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Barca revealed last week that Gerard Pique had picked up a knee injury during the Copa del Rey clash with Sevilla, and it is currently unclear when the experienced defender will be available to return.

BARCELONA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Barca do not have any players suspended for the clash with Huesca.
