Barcelona team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Atletico Madrid

Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Thursday's Supercopa de Espana semi-final clash with Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona begin their quest for a 14th Supercopa de Espana title when they meet Atletico Madrid in the semi-final in Jeddah on Thursday night.

Ernesto Valverde's men, currently top of La Liga, won last year's instalment of the Supercopa with a 2-1 victory over Sevilla in Tangier.

Now, the Catalans take part in what is the first ever Supercopa that incorporates four teams as opposed to two, with a final against Real Madrid - who play Valencia - on Sunday a distinct possibility.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of this fixture.

Possible return date: February 16 (vs. Getafe)

A player with a poor injury record at Barcelona, Dembele was ruled out for 10 weeks after sustaining a thigh injury at the end of November, with the Frenchman targeting a return to action in time for the Champions League knockout phase.
