Diego Costa, Arda Turan sustain injuries in La Liga title-decider

Atletico Madrid duo Diego Costa and Arda Tura are substituted in their side's La Liga title decider against Barcelona due to injury, which potentially could see them miss the Champions League final.

Atletico Madrid duo Diego Costa and Arda Turan have both been substituted due to injuries in their side's La Liga title-decider against Barcelona, leaving them potentially doubtful for the Champions League final next week.

Costa went down in the 14th minute at the Camp Nou after chasing a through-ball and was immediately removed from the action by Diego Simeone, but the striker was spotted in tears on the bench, raising doubts over his availability for the clash against Real Madrid.

Turan initially sustained a knock in a clash with Cesc Fabregas in the 19th minute and seemed to recover until the 24th minute when he hit the ground again in agony and was duly replaced.

Follow all the action from the La Liga title-decider with Sports Mole's live commentary.
