Live Commentary: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Arsenal - as it happened

Relive Tottenham's 2-1 victory over Arsenal as Harry Kane scores twice to help his side come from behind in the North London derby at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur moved above Arsenal in the Premier League table this afternoon courtesy of a 2-1 victory over their fiercest rivals in the North London derby.

Mesut Ozil gave the visitors an early lead at White Hart Lane with an accomplished finish following Olivier Giroud's sliced shot.

Harry Kane pulled one back 10 minutes after the restart, however, and the in-form striker then got his 22nd goal of the season with a fine header late on to clinch the victory for his side.

Good morning! Thank you very much for joining Sports Mole for the first of two mouth-watering derby matches in the Premier League tonight. The Merseyside derby is up later, but for now all of the attention is on North London as Tottenham Hotspur host Arsenal at White Hart Lane. Either side would move into the top four for a few hours at least with a victory, so there is plenty at stake for these two great rivals here! Let's start with a look at the hosts...

Spurs have found their feet under Mauricio Pochettino following an inauspicious start to life under the former Southampton boss, and as a result they find themselves right in the mix for a fiercely-contested top-four spot now. They have developed a number of trademarks under Pochettino, including their high pressing of the ball and, perhaps most crucially, their fitness, which has allowed them to rescue a number of points in the dying stages of matches already.

They come into today's game in good form despite a fairly iffy couple of cup results towards the end of January. Their FA Cup exit at the hands of Leicester would have been a major disappointment, particularly as they let a lead slip late on, while they weren't exactly convincing towards the end of their 2-2 draw with Sheffield United at Bramall Lane. That result was still enough for Spurs to book their place in the final of the competition, though, and Pochettino has a Wembley appearance to look forward to as well as aiming for that spot in the top four.

A trophy and a Champions League place would be a dream debut season for Pochettino, particularly the way they started the campaign. They are still in the Europa League too, so will harbour realistic ambitions of perhaps pulling off a cup double. The Argentine has managed his squad well with all of the demands on them but, with the top-four race in particular hotting up, he will surely find it tougher to keep his key players fresh as the season wears on. With Liverpool and Arsenal also starting to hit top form, Spurs will know that they can't really afford many slip-ups.

Defeat today would certainly be a major slip-up, and potentially a fatal one in their quest for that Champions League place. On the other hand, however, victory would see them leapfrog Arsenal and Southampton and move into fourth, at least until the Saints face QPR later today. Three points against their North London rivals would also give them the impetus to push on ahead of a tough month that also sees them play top-eight teams Liverpool and West Ham United, as well as a two-legged tie against Fiorentina in the Europa League.

Pochettino's side have only lost one of their last nine Premier League outings, however, with that defeat coming at the hands of a Pardew-inspired Palace. In that run they have drawn with Manchester United and got that famous victory over Chelsea, who were the last time to beat Spurs before Palace, way back at the start of December. Since then, Tottenham have won six and drawn two in the league.

The latest of those victories came last weekend and it was a surprisingly comfortable afternoon for Spurs against a West Bromwich Albion side that were previously unbeaten under new boss Tony Pulis. Christian Eriksen gave his side the lead early before a brace from Harry Kane sealed a 3-0 victory at the Hawthorns. Many were not expecting it to be such a walk in the park, but the victory was a sign of the confidence flowing through Spurs at the moment, and indeed of the match-winning qualities possessed by Eriksen and Kane.

It perhaps shouldn't come as a surprise that Spurs fared so well on the road as they have picked up as many points away from home as they have at White Hart Lane this season (20). That is largely down to Tottenham's poor start in front of their own fans, losing four of their opening six home games, but things have improved dramatically there recently. They are unbeaten in their last six Premier League matches at White Hart Lane, while the FA Cup loss to Leicester is their only defeat in their last 11 at home in all competitions.

Arsenal will be looking to upset that form book a little, then, but they did triumph here last season in what is usually a fixture that the home team does not lose. Tomas Rosicky's early goal was enough for the Gunners to grab the spoils on their way to another Champions League spot, maintaining their record of finishing above Spurs in every Premier League season to date. Once again, that is under threat this season, but Arsenal are hitting their stride now and will fancy their chances of gaining local bragging rights today.

Arsenal, like Spurs and indeed Liverpool, have not had an entirely smooth season, but enter this match in very good form having won their last five matches in all competitions. The banners asking for Arsene Wenger to leave the club have not been seen in a while, and the Gunners' last defeat came on New Year's Day, albeit a potentially damaging one at the hands of top-four rivals Southampton. Since then, they have a perfect record and will be looking to make it six victories in a row here.

Stretching even further back, that Southampton defeat is their only loss in their last 11 games in all competitions, a run that has also included nine victories. Indeed, they have won 12 of their last 15 outings and are on a three-game winning streak in the Premier League. All of those wins have come complete with a clean sheet too, while in all competitions they have kept the opposition at bay four times in their last five games - a major improvement from earlier in the campaign.

That new defensive solidity, sparked by Ospina's arrival in goal ahead of Szczesny, could well be the foundations for Arsenal to win a Champions League place this season. They have very few problems at the other end of the field, where only the league's top two teams have scored more goals, but no side in the top five has conceded more than Arsenal's 25 in 23 outings. If they can shut up shop at one end and keep firing at the other then they have themselves a winning formula.

Of course, that is exactly what they did in their last outing, with struggling Aston Villa arriving at the Emirates and being put to the sword by a clinical Arsenal performance, particularly in the second half. Ozil, Walcott, Cazorla and Bellerin all found the back of the net after the break, adding to Giroud's first-half strike to seal an emphatic 5-0 victory for the Gunners. They will be expecting a sterner test today, but that result should at least stand them in good stead.

They are back on the road this afternoon, and although the trip to White Hart Lane is a short one, they will know that their record on their travels is not as impressive as it is at the Emirates. They have won eight, drawn four and lost five of their away games this season which, while not being a terrible record, is enough to give Spurs confidence of pulling off a win given their improving home form. Arsenal have, however, only lost one of their last six away outings and have won their last two, including the very un-Arsenal 2-0 victory over Manchester City at the Etihad.

Following that win at the Etihad, Arsenal are now looking for back-to-back away wins in the Premier League for the first time since January 2014, more than a year ago. They will feel that they have the firepower to pull off the achievement having scored more goals (23) and picked up more points (22) in the 10 Premier League games since the start of December than any other team in the division.

TEAM NEWS: The teams are in for both sides and, with Sanchez out for the visitors, they welcome Danny Welbeck back into the side for his first start of 2015. Walcott drops to the bench as a result, while Ospina continues in goal. As for Spurs, they have made a couple of changes as Bentaleb returns to the side while Dier replaces Fazio in defence. Full teams for both sides coming up...

TOTTENHAM STARTING XI: Lloris; Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose; Bentaleb, Mason; Eriksen, Dembele, Lamela; Kane

TOTTENHAM SUBS: Vorm, Davies, Fazio, Chadli, Paulinho, Stambouli, Soldado

ARSENAL STARTING XI: Ospina; Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal; Coquelin, Ramsey, Welbeck, Cazorla, Ozil; Giroud

ARSENAL SUBS: Szczesny, Gibbs, Gabriel, Flamini, Rosicky, Walcott, Akpom

What can we make of those two teams, then? Well, starting with the hosts, there aren't many surprises from Pochettino. The dangerous Kane again starts up front having enjoyed a magnificent breakthrough season so far. He took his tally up to 20 for the campaign with his brace against West Brom last time out and, having already terrorised the Chelsea defence this season, will fancy his chances of adding further to that here.

Behind him, Eriksen has also been a star performer this season, contributing 10 goals to become the highest scoring midfielder in the Premier League this season. Many of those strikes seem to have come late on and, while he is already adored by the Tottenham faithful, few things will endear him to them more than a late winner against Arsenal. Eriksen and Kane have combined for 19 goals in Tottenham's last 20 Premier League games, while Spurs have not won a match without at least one of them scoring since August.

There is a return in midfield for Bentaleb following hi Africa Cup of Nations duties, and it will be interesting to see whether fatigue plays a part for him at all. Paulinho drops to the bench to make way for the Algeria international, while Fazio also drops out of the starting XI to accommodate Dier. Lloris captains the side from in goal having made a couple of world-class saves to keep his clean sheet against West Brom last time out.

Speaking of goalkeepers, Ospina is again preferred to Szczesny in goal for Arsenal, and it is easy to see why. Ospina has kept four clean sheets in his four matches since replacing the Pole as Arsenal number one, and the only match Arsenal have conceded a goal in since New Year's Day came when Szczesny was between the sticks in the FA Cup (3-2 vs. Brighton). Already, Ospina has kept as many clean sheets in the Premier League this season as Szczesny managed (3).

There are no changes at the back for Arsenal as Wenger has the rare luxury of naming a settled defence, albeit without Debuchy at right-back. Bellerin has filled in admirably in his place, however, and the Spaniard opened his account for the club with the final goal in the rout against Villa last time out. They will be protected by Coquelin, who resisted the advances of clubs in the January transfer window, and Ramsey, who is also likely to get forward whenever possible in a fixture that is renowned for providing open games.

Cazorla is one of the league's form players at the moment and he continues in the side along with Ozil, who showed signs of getting back to his best against Villa last time out. There is no place for Walcott, however, despite the winger having also found the net last time out. It will be a blow for Walcott, who picked up a long-term injury in this fixture last January and has scored four and assisted three in his last six Premier League North London derbies.

Up front, there is a welcome return for Danny Welbeck, who returns to the side for the first time since the end of last year due to injury. He is expected to operate in a wider role, with Giroud continuing up front following a decent run of form since returning from suspension. It was Giroud who opened the scoring against Villa and he will be looking to cause the likes of Dier and Vertonghen problems with his aerial threat.

PREDICTION: We're 10 minutes away from kickoff at White Hart Lane, which means that it is time for a prediction! These matches are always tough to call, particularly when both clubs are in good form and have a lot riding on the result. The North London derby is synonymous with goals and is also the most drawn fixture in Premier League history with 18. I see those two factors combining today, so I'm going to go for a 2-2 draw.

I am in agreement with the Sports Mole sofa when it comes to that prediction. You can listen to what they had to say about this one in our video preview below:

One notable absentee from the Tottenham squad is Adebayor, who had his loan move to West Ham blocked by Daniel Levy on transfer deadline day. The striker has scored more goals in the North London derby than any other player, with 10, and is one of only two players to have scored for both clubs in the derby. Of his 10 goals, eight of them came for Arsenal, while the last two have come for Spurs. He won't get the chance to improve on that tally today, however, as he is not even included on the bench.

I mentioned that this fixture usually contains goals, and Spurs have certainly been hard-pressed trying to keep them out in recent meetings. They have kept just one clean sheet in their last 32 Premier League North London derbies, but have still only lost one of the last six here at White Hart Lane. That defeat came last season, though, with Arsenal ending a five-match winless streak at the home of their rivals courtesy of an early Rosicky strike. The Gunners are now unbeaten in their last four derbies, stretching back to March 2013.

The reverse fixture between these two sides at the Emirates in September ended all square at 1-1, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain cancelling out Nacer Chadli's opener to prevent the Gunners falling to a home defeat at the hands of their near neighbours. The bragging rights for the season are still very much up for grabs as the players emerge onto the field for this match, then.

KICKOFF: Tottenham get us underway in a superb atmosphere for this early kickoff. Who will come out on top in this North London derby?

A fairly quiet start to this match as both sides look to settle themselves into the game in what is a heated atmosphere. It could very well be the team with the coolest heads that come out on top in this one, and both sides have made a composed start.

It is Spurs who have seen most of the ball in these opening exchanges, but every attempt to get into Arsenal's final third have so far been cut out by the visiting defence.

SAVE! Kane almost provides a superb opener for his side as Spurs surge forward through Dembele, who beats one man and then slips a pass out to Kane. The striker ignores the overlapping run from Eriksen to curl an effort towards the bottom far corner, and it takes Ospina at full stretch to tip it wide. Great effort from Kane, but Ospina was equal to it.

That save appears to have come at a cost for Ospina, who has stayed down and looks uncomfortable at the moment. He will attempt to continue, but Szczesny has been sent out to warm up. One to keep an eye on.

It has been a cautious start to this match from Arsenal, who are sitting off Spurs and allowing the hosts to have the ball in front of them. They are then looking to break quickly when they do win it back, a little like they did in the recent win over Manchester City.

Spurs again find some space coming forward as Dembele sends Rose down the left. The full-back is in space as he marauds down the wing, but his cross is really disappointing as Ospina makes the interception.

GOAL! Tottenham 0-1 Arsenal (Mesut Ozil)

Spurs have had the better of this match so far, but it is Arsenal who break the deadlock against the run of play! Welbeck shows great pace down the right as he races past Rose before cutting the ball back for Giroud. The French striker completely fluffs his lines when going for a first-time effort, but his shot goes straight to Ozil, who provides a composed and accomplished finish on the volley.

That is a real blow for Spurs, but they have shown enough in the opening stages of the game to suggest that they are capable of causing Arsenal problems. They are getting particular joy down the left.

SAVE! Again Spurs come forward down the left, with Rose bursting forward. The full-back fires a low strike across goal from just outside the box, but Ospina gets down to push the ball to safety. The Arsenal keeper looks fine after that earlier injury scare.

Arsenal are getting quite a bit of joy down their right flank, with Rose attacking really well but leaving space behind him for the likes of Welbeck and Bellerin to exploit. That will be a concern for Pochettino, not least because it is where the goal came from.

A good spell of Tottenham pressure comes to an end as Walker beats Cazorla all too easily down the right, only to send in a terrible cross along the floor that is easy for Coquelin to cut out.

Spurs have responded well to going behind and they have certainly had the better of the last five minutes or so, putting Arsenal under plenty of pressure and keeping the visitors penned into their own half. Arsenal are a constant threat on the break, however.

SHOT! More neat football in midfield from Spurs as Bentaleb exchanges passes with Lamela before letting fly from 25 yards. He drags his effort well wide, however, and another good attacking position comes to nothing.

CLOSE! Again Rose comes bursting down the left to latch on to a Dembele pass. He drills another low effort towards the bottom corner that fizzes narrowly past the post, with Ospina this time unable to get a touch.

Dembele has been instrumental in midfield so far, always laying on passes for Rose, who has been a constant threat going forward down Tottenham's left. The full-back was caught out for the goal but has been Tottenham's main threat to find an equaliser so far.

Eriksen has a chance to whip a corner into the middle and his delivery is right into the danger area, but Ospina comes out and makes a confident claim to relieve the pressure.

Rose makes a challenge on Welbeck and for a moment afterwards doesn't look to be moving all that freely. He should be fine to continue, but Pochettino will certainly not want to lose the full-back as he has been a real threat. Giroud is also limping a little for the Gunners.

SAVE! Almost a stunning equaliser for Spurs, but again Ospina is equal to it. Mason curls a beauty of a strike towards the top corner from a good 30 yards, but it is at a relatively nice height for the keeper, who makes a flying save to turn it behind for a corner.

Eriksen has scored plenty of wonder goals this season and he goes for another one here, cutting inside from the left before curling an effort towards goal from 30 yards. However, this time his strike is a long way off target, flying high and wide.

CHANCE! A decent sight of goal for Spurs as Walker's cross is deflected back to the edge of the box, where both Eriksen and Lamela are closing in on the ball. It is the latter to slides in to take the shot, but he blazes his effort well over the crossbar.

YELLOW CARD! The first card of the derby is shown to Kane, who caught Giroud on the ankle with a late sliding challenge. No complaints with that one.

Ozil's fabulous finish is what separates the two sides so far here, although it is Tottenham who have had the better of things in general play. Here is a shot of the Gunners celebrating that opening goal:

SHOT! Eriksen and Kane look to link up just outside the Arsenal box, with the Dane nodding the ball down to his striker. Kane digs a low effort out from under his feet, drilling a strike a couple of yards past the far post.

Kane again comes close with an effort past the far post, but it wouldn't have counted as the linesman's flag was up. The replays show that the striker was, in fact, onside when Eriksen flicked the ball through.

YELLOW CARD! The first Arsenal player in the book is Monreal as he ran across the path of Walker, who went down under minimal contact. Perhaps a harsh one, but you can see why Martin Atkinson gave it.

There will be a minimum of two minutes added time at the end of this first half.

YELLOW CARD! Another card late in the first half as Welbeck upends Rose with a late challenge on the left wing.

HALF TIME: Tottenham Hotspur 0-1 Arsenal

There is a minor scuffle between Rose and Welbeck as the two sides head back in for the half-time break, an argument stemmed from that late yellow card for Welbeck. It is the Arsenal man who will be happiest at the break, however, as his side go in with a slender leave over their North London rivals at White Hart Lane.

The goal came through Mesut Ozil, who made it two in his last two games with a very impressive finish. That ball arrived to him in fortuitous fashion as Welbeck's initial cut-back was meant for Giroud, who sliced a first-time effort horribly. However, the ball flew into the path of Ozil, who reacted really well to guide a volley into the top corner.

That is the only time Arsenal have really threatened, however, with Spurs enjoying the best of things in terms of both possession and chances during that opening 45 minutes. Rose has been Tottenham's most likely source of an equalising goal, bursting forward down the left flank whenever possible and fizzing a couple of low efforts towards the far bottom corner. Ospina was there to deny him once, while another strike went narrowly wide.

Spurs have had 67% of the ball in this match so far, with Arsenal seemingly content to sit back and hit their hosts on the break. It has been a performance akin to their win over Manchester City a couple of weeks ago, although Spurs have had a couple of decent sights of goal without really creating a clear opening.

The closest Tottenham have come so far came through Kane inside five minutes as the in-form striker curled a fine low effort towards the bottom corner. He could not have placed it much better, but Ospina got down well to make a save at full stretch. The keeper seemed to pick up an injury when making the stop, but he quickly shook that off and it has not hindered his performance since.

Ospina was called into action again on the half-hour mark when Mason curled a long-range effort towards the corner, although that was a stop the keeper would have expected to make. Kane and Lamela have also had sights of goal for the hosts, but so far they haven't been able to find a way through an Arsenal defence that has put in a stubborn performance. It is a relatively new ploy from the Gunners, but it has served them well in these big away games in recent weeks.

One player who was heavily involved in that first half was Mason. The midfielder has been everywhere for Spurs and had more touches in the opening 45 minutes than any other player, although he has also put in a number of strange tackles. He seems to be full of adrenaline, but he needs to ensure that it doesn't boil over. Another rash challenge will surely draw a yellow for him.

KICKOFF: Arsenal get us back underway for this second half as they look to see out a sixth straight victory and a second in a row over Spurs at White Hart Lane. Victory would lift the Gunners up to third for a few hours at least, remember.

An early shooting chance for Spurs as Walker comes down the right and plays a pass across the field. It runs all the way to Bentaleb, but his effort is sliced a long way wide.

That clash between Rose and Welbeck seems to have carried on in this second half. The Arsenal man shoves Rose in the back on the touchline and concedes a foul, which will be another mark against his name for the referee. Welbeck is already on a yellow, remember, so he needs to be careful here.

SAVE! Lloris has his first save to make of the match as he dives low to his left to tip Cazorla's effort round the post. It was a good break from Arsenal and Cazorla was looking for that bottom corner from 20 yards, but Lloris made sure that it was going wide by getting the touch.

Arsenal have shown a bit more attacking intent in the opening stages of this second half, actively looking to get on the front foot rather than just waiting to hit Spurs on the break. They are searching for a second goal here.

YELLOW CARD! Koscielny goes into the book for a foul on Dembele as he tried to knock the ball away from the midfielder, only to completely miss it.

The resulting delivery from the free kick is a really disappointing one from Eriksen as Giroud stoops to clear it at the near post. Eriksen has another chance to put the ball into the box shortly afterwards, but again the Gunners manage to deal with it despite the presence of Bentaleb.

GOAL! Tottenham 1-1 Arsenal (Harry Kane)

He just can't stop scoring! Harry Kane gets his 21st goal of the season, knocking the ball in at the back post following a corner. The initial delivery was flicked on and drew a save from Ospina, who did well to get a hand to the effort. However, he could only parry the ball into a dangerous area, where Kane was waiting to sweep it home. Game on now!

You have to say that Spurs deserve that goal, and it has certainly woken these Tottenham fans up! The volume levels inside White Hart Lane have risen and the hosts have all of the momentum right now.

CHANCES! Spurs pile the pressure on and keep the Arsenal defence penned back inside the own box while peppering the area with crosses and shots. Dembele has the final action as he works a yard before drawing a save from Ospina, whose parry once again almost falls for Kane. This time, however, the striker can't react in time to turn it home, and he would have been offside anyway.

SAVE! What a stop this is from Lloris! Welbeck links up with Monreal before collecting the ball on the left side of the area and curling an effort towards goal that looks destined for the top corner. However, Lloris is at full stretch to tip it wide.

CHANCE! Big chance for Arsenal from the resulting corner! Koscielny finds himself with a free header inside the box, but he can only divert his header straight at Lloris, who crucially holds on.

SAVE! Spurs win a corner of their own at the other end and Dier wins the header, only to see his effort cleared almost off the line by Coquelin. The ball falls to Mason, who sends a fine dipping volley back towards goal, but it is straight at Ospina.

SAVE! Again Ospina is called into action. Eriksen plays the ball to Bentaleb, who fires a hard and low effort towards the bottom corner. The Arsenal keeper gets down well to make the save but once again can't push it to safety. Kane is following in as ever, but Ospina is up to thwart the striker with a magnificent second save. However, once again Kane was offside so it wouldn't have counted anyway.

Mason has had a couple of long-range efforts in this match and he goes for goal from around 25 yards again here, but this time his strike is high and wide of the target, relieving some of the growing pressure on the visitors.

Lamela catches Monreal with a flailing arm, which naturally draws a reaction from the Arsenal players who want adequate punishment. However, there was no intent there from the Tottenham winger and Martin Atkinson is right not to go to his pocket.

ARSENAL SUB: Cazorla has been in sparkling form recently, but it hasn't quite happened for him today. He makes way to be replaced by Rosicky, who scored the winner here last season.

What a final 20 minutes we are in for here. I would be surprised if we had seen the last of goals in this one, and the temperature both in the stands and on the pitch is likely to keep on rising as we approach the final whistle.

Arsenal just can't get out right now. Tottenham's pressure is relentless and eventually they win a free kick in a very dangerous position. Eriksen has been deadly from this sort of range this season, and he is standing over it again.

SHOT! It is indeed Eriksen who goes for goal, but his curling effort is a couple of yards too high as he went for the goalkeeper's side.

Bright play from Mason as he bursts out of midfield and races down the left flank before putting a decent cross into a dangerous area. However, Ospina is out to make the claim.

CHANCE! Decent sight of goal for Arsenal as they work the ball out to Ozil on the left. His cross is just a fraction behind Giroud, however, and he can't steer his header on target.

SPURS SUB: The hosts make a change as Nacer Chadli comes on to replace Dembele for the final 15 minutes or so.

ARSENAL SUB: A change for Arsenal as Welbeck makes way to be replaced by Theo Walcott, who has a fine record in this fixture over the years.

YELLOW CARD! Mason gets the obligatory yellow card for blocking a quick free kick as Ramsey looked to get things going again in a dangerous position.

Quick break from Spurs as a throw-in sees Eriksen race through down the left channel. He cuts it back into the middle and it looks to be sitting up nicely for Kane, who is arriving at the back post, but Lamela goes for goal instead and slices his shot well off target.

A little under 10 minutes remaining here and still the tie hangs in the balance. Both sides look eager to get all three points, with a point apiece not doing much for either's top-four hopes.

YELLOW CARD! Giroud becomes the latest name in the book for a late challenge on Mason in midfield.

It's all getting very scrappy and untidy right now. We're nearing Christian Eriksen time, with the midfielder having scored a number of winning goals in the 88th minute or later already this season. Most of those games have finished 2-1 as well...

GOAL! Tottenham 2-1 Arsenal (Harry Kane)

Who else?! Harry Kane has done it again and may well have given Spurs the lead in his first ever North London derby. Bentaleb swings a fine cross into the box, but there is still a lot for Kane to do. He rises and nods the ball right back across the face of goal and into the far corner, leaving Ospina no chance. Incredible.

Is there any way back for Arsenal here? They have two minutes of normal time plus any stoppage time to rescue a draw now having seen their lead overturned by Kane. The Spurs striker is just on fire right now.

ARSENAL SUB: A final throw of the dice for Arsenal as Chuba Akpom comes on in place of Coquelin. An attacking change from Wenger, but he doesn't have any other choice.

SPURS SUB: Tottenham respond with a defensive change as Benjamin Stambouli comes on for Lamela.

SAVE! Tottenham hearts are in mouths as the ball drops to Rosicky around 25 yards from goal and the midfield unleashes a good volley. However, it is straight at Lloris, who makes a fairly comfortable stop in the end.

There will be four minutes of added time at the end of this match. Will we see any more late drama?

YELLOW CARD! Martin Atkinson produces another yellow card, this time for Nabil Bentaleb.

YELLOW CARD! One more yellow card is shown to Ramsey, which should just about be enough for Spurs to see out this victory.

SPURS SUB: The hosts also make a late change to further run down the clock as Paulinho replaces Mason.

FULL TIME: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Arsenal

Spurs hold on for the victory as they leapfrog Arsenal in the table and, temporarily at least move up to fourth in the Premier League table. Harry Kane was the hero once again for Spurs as his brace cancelled out Ozil's opener to hand his side a huge victory over their North London rivals.

That is all we have time for this afternoon! Thank you very much for joining Sports Mole for what was another cracking North London derby as Spurs came from behind to beat Arsenal at White Hart Lane. I will leave you with our match report, and be sure to stick around for reaction, analysis and player ratings. From me, though, it is goodbye for now!
