The Phoenix Suns have stated that Eric Bledsoe will miss the next week while recovering from a sprained knee.

The guard sustained the sprain on Monday, forcing him to sit out Thursday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.

After reassessing the injury yesterday morning, the team announced that it would need at least seven days to heal, and that they will look at the situation again next weekend.

Bledsoe has averaged 18 points per game so far this season.
