Report: Orlando Magic close to Luke Ridnour deal

A report suggests that the Orlando Magic are closing in on a deal to sign free agent point guard Luke Ridnour following his release by the Charlotte Hornets.

Free agent point guard Luke Ridnour has reportedly agreed terms with the Orlando Magic.

The 33-year-old is available on the free-agent market after the Charlotte Hornets failed to offer him a new deal at the end of the campaign, following a mid-season trade from the Milwaukee Bucks.

Orlando are close to sealing a deal to bring Ridnour to Florida to bolster their roster, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

Ridnour averaged five points a game in the 2013-14 season.
