Kevin Durant: 'Oklahoma City Thunder didn't panic'

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant says that the team did not panic despite trailing by 18 points in the first quarter against the Miami Heat.

Kevin Durant has said that the Oklahoma City Thunder "didn't panic" after finding themselves 18 points down in the first quarter against the Miami Heat last night.

The Western Conference leaders recovered from their poor start to beat the defending champions 112-95.

The NBA's leading scorer told reporters: "They were ready for us to come in and play. They hit some tough shots early on, a few threes, and we didn't panic. We just tried to stay together and that's what we did. Our bench was great in getting us back in that game."

Durant scored over 30 points for the 12th game in a row.
