Erik Spoelstra has praised the Miami Heat's "incredible focus" after they sealed a place in the Eastern Conference finals.
The two-time defending champions beat the Brooklyn Nets 96-94 last night to secure a 4-1 series win over the Atlantic Division side.
The coach told reporters: "When we met the first day for prep, we said the number one key, overwhelmingly the number one key in this series, was great mental stability. That's what it was down the stretch, incredible focus."
The Heat, who are in the conference finals for the sixth time in 10 seasons, will play either the Indiana Pacers or the Washington Wizards for a place in the NBA Finals.
