Cleveland Cavaliers reach agreement in principle to bring in Kevin Love?

The Cleveland Cavaliers reach an agreement in principle to bring in Kevin Love in exchange for Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett, according to a report in the press.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have reached an agreement in principle to bring in All-Star forward Kevin Love from the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to a report in the press.

Yahoo Sports states that the move would potentially see both Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett move to the Wolves, while Minnesota would also acquire a protected pick in the 2015 Draft.

The deal would be based on Love opting out of his contract next year to re-sign with Cleveland for five years, with a contract extension considered to be worth over $120m (£71m).

If the move does take place, Love would join fellow new signings LeBron James, Mike Miller and James Jones as the Cavs seek to secure their stature in the league.
