Cleveland Cavaliers coach David Blatt has said that new signing LeBron James gives everyone at the franchise a lift.
James is one of a cohort of players brought into Cleveland this summer, which also features star performer Kevin Love, with new coach Blatt suggesting that the NBA championship-winning James serves as a boost to the rest of his squad when they practise alongside him.
"It's an enormous advantage when your best player and arguably the best player in the world is your best example," said Blatt, according to The AP.
"When he comes to work every day, you know you're going to get his maximum effort and maximum performance. When he walks into the gym, he lifts everyone up."
James's first encounter for his new side will see him face up to the New York Knicks on October 30.
