The Chicago Bulls have lost for the first time in six games, being beaten 97-87 by the Denver Nuggets.
The teams were closely matched in the first two quarters, as the home side took a slender one-point advantage into the break.
However, the Nuggets pulled away early in the third quarter, scoring 13 points without reply after the restart, with Jordan Hamilton and Nate Robinson leading the charge.
Derrick Rose tried to keep the Bulls in contention, scoring 19 points for the visitors, while Carlos Boozer had 15 points and 10 rebounds, but the Nuggets kept increasing their score in the fourth.
The result ends the Bulls' five-game unbeaten run, and gives Denver their first win in a week.
