Cris Carter: '2013 Hall of Fame class is the greatest'

Former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter believes that the Hall of Fame class of 2013 is the greatest ever.

New Pro Football Hall of Fame member Cris Carter has expressed his belief that this year's class of inductees is the greatest ever.

Carter joined the likes of Bill Parcells, Larry Allen, Jonathan Ogden and Warren Sapp in being inducted during Saturday's ceremony, dubbing the occasion the best day of his life.

"We have the greatest Hall of all the Halls," said Carter in an emotional speech.

"To be able to join these men, on this stage, in football heaven is the greatest day of my life."

Carter scored 130 touchdowns in his illustrious career, which also saw him named in the NFL Team of the Decade for the 1990s.
