Maxime Dufour-Lapointe hails Hannah Kearney

Maxime Dufour-Lapointe believes that Hannah Kearney has "done a tremendous job" in skiing.

Maxime Dufour-Lapointe has praised her fellow skier Hannah Kearney for being "mentally strong".

Team USA's 27-year-old Kearney finished third in the women's moguls at the Sochi Olympics on Saturday.

"I think Hannah did her best," Canadian Dufour-Lapointe told reporters.

"She has done a tremendous job over the last year staying on top of the World Cup and being a leader and inspiring us.

"We've learned from her because she's just so mentally strong. Today, Chloe and Justine just ended up being better."

Dufour-Lapointe's sisters Justine and Chloe won gold and silver respectively.
