Eve Muirhead: 'Getting medal was unbelievable'

Great Britain women's curling skip Eve Muirhead says that being handed the bronze medal in Sochi was "unbelievable".

Great Britain women's curling skip Eve Muirhead has said that it was "unbelievable" when she collected her bronze medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

Muirhead and her team beat Switzerland on Thursday to claim the bronze medal, but they had to wait until this evening to collect their medals.

"It was unbelievable," Muirhead told BBC Sport. "We waited three days to collect our medals, but we've been enjoying every moment. I'm so, so happy."

Moments before Muirhead and her team were handed their medals, the Great Britain men's side collected their silver medals.
