Russia's Alexander Tretiakov wins skeleton gold, Great Britain duo 8th and 10th

Alexander Tretiakov wins Russia's fourth gold medal of the Games in the men's skeleton, while Team GB's Kristan Bromley and Dominic Parsons finish eighth and 10th respectively.

Alexander Tretiakov has won the Russian Federation's fourth gold of the 2014 Winter Olympics with victory in the men's skeleton, while Great Britain's Kristan Bromley and Dominic Parsons finished eighth and 10th respectively.

Tretiakov produced a final run time of 56.02, bringing his total time over four runs to 3:44.29.

Martins Dukurs of Latvia finished 0.81 seconds behind the Russian to take silver, while Matthew Antoine of the USA claimed the bronze medal with a total time of 3:47.26.

Bromley, 41, finished in eighth place and his Team GB teammate Parsons, who was making his Winter Olympics debut, ended up 10th.
