Jennifer Jones: "It feels unbelievable"

Canada curling skip Jennifer Jones admits that it is an incredible feeling to become the first team in Olympic history to go unbeaten in their round robin matches.

Canada curling skip Jennifer Jones has admitted that it is an "unbelievable" feeling to go unbeaten in their round robin matches at the 2014 Winter Olympics.

The 39-year-old's side won all nine of their matches in the Ice Cube Centre, the first time the feat has been achieved in Olympic history, finishing off their run with a comfortable 9-4 with over Korea on Monday.

"It feels unbelievable," Jones told the Toronto Sun. "In my opinion this is one of the toughest fields that has ever been assembled for women's curling. To go through undefeated, and to go into the Olympic record books, is pretty awesome.

"At the end of the day we will take that one, but the goal is to be on the podium."

Canada will now face Great Britain in the semi-finals of the Olympics on Wednesday.
