Great Britain's Johanna Konta has been beaten in the second round of Wimbledon by Canada's Eugenie Bouchard.
Konta produced a brilliant second set to level the scores entering the decider, but a strong Bouchard finish saw the 22-year-old record a 6-3 1-6 6-1 victory over Britain's number one in the English capital.
It was Konta that secured an early advantage in the first set after breaking at 1-1, but Bouchard responded with two breaks of her own and indeed back-to-back holds to move ahead in the second-round match.
Konta produced her best tennis in the second as she secured two breaks on her way to a 6-1 victory and backed by a vocal home support, the 25-year-old forced a third set in London.
It was Bouchard that dominated from that point forward, however, securing two more breaks on her way to claiming the third 6-1 and booking a spot in the third round of the competition.
