Can you name every Wimbledon women's champion in the Open Era?

Sports Mole challenges you to name every Wimbledon women's singles champion of the Open Era.

The Venus Rosewater Dish is finally awaiting its next taker, as the 2024 Wimbledon women's singles event sees the finest female tennis players on the planet try to serve, volley and groundstroke their way to SW19 stardom.

Twelve months ago, the somewhat unfancied Marketa Vondrousova was crowned the new queen of the grass courtesy of her triumph over Ons Jabeur in the final, condemning the Tunisian to back-to-back runners-up prizes.

The Czech sixth seed will be among the main contenders to hoist the trophy aloft this time around too, but a few names will have a thing or two to say about that, including Jabeur, who has some wrongs to right from her last two finals.

Alternatively, will the seemingly irrepressible Iga Swiatek banish her grass-court demons? Will Elena Rybakina repeat her 2022 run to glory? Can Coco Gauff or Aryna Sabalenka break new ground on grass. All that and more to be answered soon, but how about those who have already conquered SW19?

Here, Sports Mole challenges you to name every Wimbledon women's singles champion of the Open Era.
