British swimmers Jessica-Jane Applegate, Chloe Davies and Natalie Massey have all missed out on a medal in the S14 backstroke.
Bethany Firth of Ireland produced a storming second 50m to take gold with an impressive 1:08.93.
Applegate was just short of the medals, with her 1:09.58 time just pipped by Australia's Corry Taylor on 1:09.46 and Marlou van der Kulk's 1:09.50. The swimmers took silver and bronze respectively.
