Great Britain's Susannah Rodgers has missed out on a medal in the S7 backstroke final after coming sixth.
Jacqueline Freney of Australia destroyed the field and set a Paralympic record of 1:22.84 to take gold.
The battle was for silver, between Germany's Kirsten Bruhn and America's Courtney Jordan, which Bruhn eventually won.
Bruhn's time was 1:25.22 while Jordan touched home in 1:25.33.
