Great Britain Paralympic swimmer Susannah Rodgers has qualified in the third-quickest time for the final of the women's S7 100m backstroke.
The British hopeful, who won five gold medals at the European Championships, started off strongly in the pool but drifted back towards fourth place towards the end of the 50m stretch.
Rodgers launched a late surge in the final 20m but it wasn't enough to edge ahead of Russia's Oxana Guseva and Canada's Sarah Mehain as she recorded a time of 1:25.83.
Rodgers will line up in lane three for the final this evening.
