Great Britain's women's 4x200m freestyle relay team advance

Team GB's young foursome progress in the women's 4x200m freestyle relay after finishing first in their heat.

Team GB's women's 4x200m freestyle relay team have enjoyed a comfortable morning in the pool as they progressed from their qualifying heat in first place.

Great Britain's time of 8:14.76 also set a new Games record as they led home Germany and Italy in heat one.

The team is made up of Hannah Featherstone and Darcy Deakin, both 16, and 15-year-olds Holly Hibbot and Madeleine Crompton.

Russian Federation struggled to fourth place, but still qualified with their time of 8:22.43.
