South Africa's Chad le Clos takes 100m butterfly gold

Team England's Adam Barrett claims silver in the men's 100m butterfly final behind South Africa's Chad le Clos.

Chad le Clos rounded off a scintillating evening of action at the Tollcross International Swimming Centre with victory in the final race of the night.

The 22-year-old South African recorded a time of 51.29s to claim gold in the men's 100m butterfly final at the Commonwealth Games.

Team England's Adam Barrett, 21, improved on his fourth-place finish in the 50m butterfly by taking bronze in a time of 51.93s.

Nineteen-year-old Joseph Schooling won Singapore's first medal in the pool as he took silver.
