Team GB men's 4x200m freestyle relay team into final at European Games

Team GB will push for gold after qualifying for the final of men's 4x200m freestyle relay in Baku.

Team GB have put in a strong performance to qualify for the final of men's 4x200m freestyle relay in Baku.

The quartet of Duncan Scott, Martyn Walton, Kyle Chisholm and Cameron Kurle won the first heat in a time of 7:25.91.

Only Russian Federation fared better in qualifying, after they clocked a time of 7:25.47 in the second heat.

It will be a close-fought encounter in the final, with Spain (7:26.18) also proving their worth after finishing third overall.

Three of Great Britain's swimmers - Scott, Walton and Kurle - featured in the men's 4x100m freestyle team that won gold on Tuesday.
