Fran Halsall: 'I'm swimming with confidence after winning two golds'

Fran Halsall insists that she is swimming with confidence after winning her second gold medal at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

Team England's Fran Halsall has insisted that she is full of confidence after winning her second gold medal at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

The 24-year-old, who added a silver and bronze medal to her collection this week, set a new Commonwealth record by finishing tonight's 50m butterfly final in 25.20 seconds.

"It's fantastic, I've just got so much confidence in how I'm swimming and how my preparation went," Halsall told reporters. "It's just been so much fun and I've taken a lot from this experience and a lot from my season this year. Hopefully I can put that into more processes next year as well."

Overall, Halsall has won 10 Commonwealth medals.
